I once saw a man on new vegas armor with nothing but a set of power armor and fists beat the absolute dog shit out of a deathclaw on the hardest difficulty with no cheats, idk what terrifies me more the fact that he won or the fact that he thought of the idea and attempted it

Honestly all of the fallout are just amazing to me. This music is so good.

Fallout NV was my first fallout game on xbox 360 and my older brother set it to survival for me to play and I didn't know how to change it off so I played through all of it and the dlc like that and only after I finished everything did I finally find the setting to change it back but at that point I was ruined and couldn't bring myself to take it off.

I’m playing extremely modded fallout four play through where I’m the predator and as soon as I got to the Institute, I kill move Shawn and then I just kept going really fun

New Vegas hardcore mode is one of the things that made it so much better.

Tbh hardcore mode for fnv isnt really that hard, i actually really like the immersive feeling of having to watch my hunger nd thirst

Very hard & hardcore is the only way

If you play a game on expert difficulty.. just go outside

I like hardcore hard mode on FNV. The enemies don’t seem too bullet spongy if you use the right ammo and the damage dealt to the player seems realistic. My only complaint is that companions get smacked on this difficulty. I had ED-E and Boone and traded out ED-E for Rex and the dog literally kept charging in every fight and dying. It got so bad I contemplated either changing back to normal difficulty or just dealing with not being able to have melee companions at all.

Hardcore mode on very easy difficulty was a surprisingly good playthrough I did most recently on my old xbox. A good mix of wacky easiness, but with a real incentive to scrounge and stay weight conscious, especially through DLCs.

Hm...so I am basically god with HC and a list of 140 mods to make it less gamey? It's really not too hard once you get out of the gutter and have a halfway decent weapon....
